• A statement of your expectations from a formal program.
• The time frame over which you would like the services to be performed.
• Amount of time you are willing to allot for a CAVT; 8-12 hours is typical.
• Whether you are willing and/or able to provide site personnel for the CAVT teams, (saves you money).
